Black Gully park network (Tor to Mort Streets), Newtown

The Black Gully park network runs west to east and comprises four sections of parkland.

Captain Cook reserve is one of the Region's major sporting facilities including cricket ovals, a national standard BMX track and skate facility, as well as a children's playground and picnic facilities.

This popular recreation corridor suits a wide variety of interests including dog owners who can walk their dog off-leash in the lovely tree-shaded area of Black Gully Park 2, or let them socialise with other dogs in the fenced dog off-leash park in adjacent Clearview Street Park.
