CENTENARY HEIGHTS

• Ballin Drive (between Mackenzie Street and Stenner Street): ROAD CLOSURE will be in place from Saturday 7 February to end-March to allow for Water Main Works. Resident access excepted and detours in place for through traffic.

DRAYTON

• Ball Street (between Sowden Street and Gipps Street): ROAD CLOSED on Wednesday 4 March between the hours of 6.30am and 3pm to undertake asphalt patching work. Resident access excepted and detours in place for through traffic.

EAST TOOWOOMBA

• Ipswich Street (between Mackenzie Street and Cohoe Street): ROAD CLOSED on Monday 2 March between the hours of 6.30am and 3pm to undertake asphalt patching work. Resident access excepted and detours in place for through traffic.

GLENCOE

• Gowrie Lilyvale Road: Traffic disruptions may occur until mid-March while road upgrade works are carried out under the Blackspot Program.
• Smiths Road (between Garskes Road and Gowrie Lilyvale Road): ROAD CLOSED until mid-March undertake road upgrade works under the Blackspot Program. Local resident access excepted and detours in place for through traffic.

HIGHFIELDS

• Lawrence Road: Traffic disruptions will occur from Tuesday 3 March to end-May to facilitate the installation of new water mains for future reservoirs servicing the Highfields area.

NEWTOWN

• Bridge Street (at West Street intersection): INTERSECTION CLOSURE from 6pm on Saturday 7 March to 7am on Sunday 8 March. Southbound and westbound approaches will be closed and traffic detoured. Northbound and eastbound traffic will be detoured via slip lanes to head west and north respectively. Crews will be undertaking electrical and line marking works.

TOOWOOMBA CITY

• Taylor Street (between Mort Street and Mill Street): Traffic disruptions may occur from Thursday 19 February until Friday, 13 March due to bluestone kerb repair works.

WESTBROOK

• FGG Couper Road: ROAD CLOSURE will be in place from Monday 2 February to Tuesday 3 March to undertake gravel resheeting. Resident access excepted.
• Gore Street (between Keding Road and Barwick Street): ROAD CLOSURE from Tuesday 3 March to Friday 13 March for pavement reconstruction work. Detours in place for through traffic.
• Gwenda Drive (between Ferguson Street and Edwin Street): ROAD CLOSURE from Monday 2 March to Tuesday 3 March between the hours of 6.30am and 3pm to undertake stormwater works. Detours in place for through traffic.

ELPHINSTONE

• Herzig Road: Traffic disruptions may occur during gravel resheeting works.

NANGWEE

• Mathies Road: Traffic disruptions may occur during maintenance grading works

YANDILLA

• Reichle Road: ROAD CLOSURE in place for Flood Recovery culvert replacement works from 14 October 2025 through to end-March 2026 (weather permitting). Detour via Owen’s Scrub Road, Grasstree Road, Church Road and Missen Road.
